Privacy & data handling

What happens to your data when you use K-Advisors — in plain language, not legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, contact us before uploading your CV.

What we do with your CV

  • Your CV is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to extract your experience, seniority, and governance background. It is not used to train any AI model.
  • The extracted profile — not the original CV file — is stored so we can match you against new openings each week.
  • You can delete your profile and all stored data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us.

Who processes your data

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — parses your CV and writes your honest assessment. Does not train on your data.
  • Airtable — stores your structured profile, rubric, and match history.
  • Job listing text we match you against comes from public sources (government job boards and the EU's EURES portal) — already-public data, not personal data about you.

Deleting your data

From Settings, "Delete my data" permanently removes your profile, rubric, exclusions, match history, saved searches, and messages, then signs you out. Your account record is kept only if we owe you a billing history under standard accounting rules — otherwise it's removed too.

This page has not yet had a formal legal review — an informed decision to launch at the current pilot stage without one, and to revisit before a wider rollout. If you have questions about your data, contact us before uploading anything you're not comfortable sharing.
